EMDR

EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is an evidence-based therapy originally developed to treat PTSD, and has since been shown to be effective for a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, phobias, and other distressing responses to life events. It helps the brain reprocess difficult experiences so they are no longer as emotionally disruptive.

Simply speaking— EMDR helps you move on from the past.

EMDR brings structure and depth to therapy by offering a clear framework, comprehensive assessment tools, and targeted interventions that support meaningful, measurable change.

I am specifically trained to integrate somatic interventions and parts work within the EMDR framework, allowing for a more comprehensive approach that engages the whole person—mind, body, and nervous system—in the healing process.
