Patients & Caregivers
A difficult health diagnosis impacts body, mind, and spirit—and often brings grief, caregiver stress, and the added strain of navigating complex health systems. For over a decade, I’ve supported individuals facing serious illness or end of life, along with their loved ones, including providing guidance advance health care directives and navigating medical systems.
Adding therapy to your support system during these sensitive times can help process and integrate these deeply moving and often challenging experiences. Let’s address the practical and logistical and make room to be with the emotional and existential.

Healthcare Professionals
Moral injury, chronic stress, vicarious trauma, cumulative exposure to suffering & loss, and the burdens from the demands of the healthcare industry that healthcare professionals disproportionately face can make life feel incredibly difficult.
I’ve provided mental health care in high-intensity settings—inpatient units, ICUs, an emergency room and psychiatric hospitals— and I’ve seen how demanding it can be to show up and be present.
EMDR therapy can directly work with the emotional numbing, intrusive thoughts, avoidance, and disturbances in sleep, mood, or relationships that can often arise, so you can get back to feeling the meaningfulness of this important work.

Gender-Affirming Care
I provide a respectful, supportive space for clients exploring or affirming their gender identity. I understand that navigating the emotional, social, and medical aspects of gender affirmation can be complex and deeply personal.
My approach is grounded in care, collaboration, and honoring your lived experience. I offer emotional support for wherever you are in your process. When needed, I can also provide assessment and letters in support of gender-affirming medical care. Everyone deserves access to affirming care and I'm here to support.
